Charming hotel in a great location just outside the town's cobbled area. The room had a colonial charm and the bed was comfortable. The bathroom was the cleanest I've experienced in South America. The breakfast was good and the receptionists were friendly. I would recommend this hotel.

The location of the hotel is perfect, right on the historic center, close to everything. The rooms are comfortable and have all the necessary amenities. The staff is friendly and helpful. The breakfast is simple but good enough. There is a pool available for guests and the surrounding area is nicely decorated in the typical style of the city.

The communication with the staff can be challenging as they do not speak English.

Spent Xmas and had a great time at a hotel in an old town. The hotel offered a lovely pool and a delicious buffet breakfast with various options. Location was superb as it was just walking distance to both old town and beaches. The staff were helpful and friendly. Another great advantage was the free Wi-Fi which worked perfectly fine during our stay.

The air conditioning in the room was not sufficient and made for an uncomfortable night's sleep. The room also lacked tea and coffee-making facilities, which would have been convenient.
