Although there were a few minor drawbacks, such as the shower being a hand-held spray and the internet connection being a bit slow, they did not overshadow the overall fantastic experience. Christmas at this beautiful lodge was absolutely charming. the lodge is filled with captivating artwork and provides a cozy and comfortable atmosphere. the location is truly stunning, nestled in a pristine countryside with picturesque trails to explore. the breakfast was simply delicious, with pancakes and eggs cooked to order, accompanied by a variety of fruit, toast, jam. the hostess was a delight to talk to, creating a warm and inviting atmosphere. having a little kitchen area in the room with a microwave, toaster, and kettle was a convenient bonus.

The lack of a full bath in the room, as only a shower was provided. the internet connection in the area was weak, making it difficult to watch Netflix or do work online.

I also loved the attention to detail in the hotel - the room may have been a little tired, but it was absolutely immaculate. Lastly, the location was perfect for a peaceful getaway, with fresh country air and the sound of horses neighing in the morning. Just what I needed!

During my Xmas stay, I had a great time at a charming lodge located in a pristine location. the lodge had beautiful art pieces, books, and an outdoor seating area/trail. I enjoyed delicious homemade breakfast and had great conversations with my fellow guests. the lodge was located in close proximity to a picturesque town with great cafés and restaurants.

Although I had an enjoyable stay, a few things could have been improved. the Wi-Fi was slow, so streaming movies was a hassle, and there were occasional issues with water pressure.
