We enjoyed excellent skin care procedures and a compact gym. Another positive aspect was the location, as it was close to a shopping center and had great views from the hotel. the room was spacious and clean.

The bed for our kids, which we had requested a month beforehand, was not provided and it was a hassle to get it sorted out. Another negative was that some small amenities in the room were damaged, such as handles in elevators and small holes between balcony windows.

I recently stayed at a luxurious 4-star hotel in the city center. This place exceeded my expectations in every way. The location was perfect, right across from a great mall and with easy access to public transportation. The staff here were exceptional, providing excellent service and always with a smile. The rooms were spacious and well-maintained, offering a comfortable and relaxing atmosphere. The hotel amenities were top-notch, from the delicious breakfast to the fantastic spa facilities. I especially enjoyed the massage I had at the health club, it was the best I've ever had. this hotel provided enhanced comfort and quality services, making my stay truly enjoyable.

I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting the city.

Guests can take the No. 56 bus from the corner of the hotel to reach these shopping destinations. Additionally, the hotel offers a variety of facilities and room advantages, such as spacious rooms with clean new furniture, a restaurant with excellent breakfast food choices, and a health club on the bottom floor that offers the best massages.

Some guests have mentioned that the coffee at breakfast could be better.
