loved the separate beds and NESPRESSO in the rooms, perfect for families. breakfast was good quality and staff were helpful. great location with ski shuttles nearby and lovely hot tubs for relaxation. overall, exceeded expectations during our stay in Banff.

Our stay at the Aspen Lodge was well worth the money, with clean and beautifully decorated rooms, a nice view of the mountains, and friendly and helpful staff. The location was perfect, being within walking distance of shops and restaurants.

Food for breakfast could use a little improvement in terms of variety and taste.

Almost perfect.

This hotel's location is perfect for those who want to be near the town center and all the great restaurants. The rooms are modern, clean and comfortable. The staff is friendly and accommodating. The breakfast, while not exceptional, is satisfying enough to start your day. The hot tubs are wonderful, if you can get a spot.

Some guests complained about noise levels in the rooms near the outdoor hot tubs.

We also enjoyed the coffee shop on the ground floor, where the energetic and helpful staff served up delicious coffee. The breakfast had a decent selection and kept us well-fed for our day of adventures. we would definitely recommend Aspen Lodge for its excellent rooms, facilities, and location.

Great location with easy access to downtown and nearby bus stop. Upgraded to a King room, which was fantastic. Breakfast had a good variety of hot and light options, with friendly staff in the Breakfast Room. Hot tubs outside were a nice bonus.
