The email sent on the day of our check-in provided all the necessary information. The unique and cozy building, as well as the comfortable accommodations, made our stay enjoyable. The staff at Basecamp Lodge next door were fantastic to deal with.

We loved the spacious and well-located room with comfortable beds. The clean bathroom and kitchen were a bonus. The outstanding receptionist, Cass, went above and beyond to help us with a broken-down car, contacting the rental company and finding a suitable replacement. The new and modern feel of the place was great, with amazing views from our room and even better ones from the rooftop hot tub. As a family with kids, we appreciated the condo-style setup for easy outdoor access. The soft and dreamy pillows were a nice touch.

Despite some noise from other groups and a small parking issue, we had a wonderful time and would recommend Basecamp Resorts. a great experience.

Our purpose was a relaxing weekend getaway and we were not disappointed. The staff was incredibly friendly, helpful, and respectful. The hotel's location was perfect, with all amenities within walking distance. The rooms were very clean and well-equipped, with a washer, dryer, fridge, and stove. The self check-in and out process was convenient, and parking was free. The morning view from our big window was spectacular, overlooking the street and offering a stunning mountain view. Plus, having a fresh bagel store right across the parking lot was a delightful bonus. It was just perfect!

I had a fantastic stay at this hotel. The cleanliness was impeccable, with a modern and clean flat that made me feel right at home. The hotel facilities were top-notch, with a fully equipped kitchen, a comfortable living-room with a TV, and a spacious bedroom with a cozy bed. The hotel's location away from the train tracks was a huge plus, as I didn't hear any noise from passing trains. Additionally, the hotel's proximity to the mountains allowed for beautiful walks and hikes in the surrounding area.

The apartment was cozy and comfortable, with a unique layout that surprised us in a good way. the rooms and bathrooms were upstairs, while the living areas were downstairs. We also loved the fact that there was a powder room on the main level, making it convenient for everyone. the provided soaps and shampoo were a nice touch, and we were thinking of buying some Rocky Mountain soap for home. the apartment also had a laundry facility, which would be perfect for longer stays.

One aspect we didn't like was the lack of storage space for clothes. With the apartment designed for longer stays, it would have been better to have more storage options.

The rooms were clean and new, and the layout was great with separate bedrooms. the location was also convenient, being within walking distance of shops and restaurants. the kitchen was well-equipped, allowing us to cook our meals.

We had multiple vehicles, and despite being guaranteed a spot, we could only park one car within the property. the parking stalls were narrow, and other guests parked inconsiderately, making it difficult for us to use our designated spot.

the location was perfect - within walking distance to all amenities, including grocery stores and the Nordic Skiing Center. The staff were friendly, helpful, and respectful, making me feel welcome from the moment I arrived. The rooms were clean and well-maintained, with stunning views of the Rockies from the windows. The bed was incredibly comfortable, ensuring a great night's sleep after a long day of exploring. And to top it all off, the breakfast provided a variety of delicious food and drinks to start the day off right.

The view from the hot tub is spectacular and the rooms are clean and spacious, with comfortable beds and toiletries provided. Although the trains passing by can be noisy, earplugs are available for a better night's sleep. The kitchen is well-equipped, with storage available for coolers and recycling. However, the pots and pans could be of higher quality.
