My stay at Springhill Suites By Marriott Salt Lake City West Valley was fantastic. the room layout was perfect for my family of 4, with a comfortable king bed and sofa with a trundle. the bathroom provided unexpected privacy and was soundproof. the mountain view from the room was beautiful, and the front desk staff was helpful. the location was convenient for exploring downtown.

Room wasn't serviced during the stay. No bath towels initially.

Always choose this spot. Staff helped with directions first time, unforgettable! Perfect for me with 24-hr reception, gym, pool, jacuzzi. Love the TV, sunbeds, AC, and no-smoking rooms. Coming back for Xmas!.

Enjoyed our stay at a large room with a couch and pull out bed. the extra sleeping space was a plus. the facility was clean and the staff was excellent. Overall, a great experience. Overall I highly recommend this hotel.

The room was spacious and had a great view of the mountains. the hotel is conveniently located near a shopping mall with a bowling alley and movie theater. the bathroom, especially the shower, was excellent. It felt very relaxing and the rooms were soundproof.

Our stay was marred by a lack of housekeeping service. We had to repeatedly request essentials like towels, toilet paper, and coffee from the front desk.

I had a fantastic stay with views of the mountains. the hotel is soundproof, offering a relaxing environment. It is conveniently situated across from a mall with a bowling alley and movie theater. the large rooms with only 8 per floor are ultra-modern, and the bathroom, especially the shower, is excellent. the hot tub had strong jets, making it one of the best I've experienced. the staff was nice, and the breakfast was good.
