We had an amazing stay at this hotel. The staff was exceptional, especially Stephan who took care of the snowshoe tour and ski gear. The hotel facilities were modern and clean, making us feel right at home. The location was perfect, just a 10-minute drive from the ski slopes. The picturesque scenery of the frozen lake was beautiful, and we enjoyed barbecuing in the snow and using the outdoor fireplace. The kids loved it too. Having 2 separate bathrooms in our accommodation was very convenient.

We loved the Mini Loft at Bel Air Tremblant. The beds and pillows were cozy, the views from the floor-to-ceiling windows were stunning, and the jacuzzi was a great way to relax, even in the snow. The place was well-equipped and clean. Gilles, who welcomed us, was extremely kind and helpful. The location was convenient, close to Mont Tremblant village and resort, with plenty of dining options nearby. The zip line experience offered by Bel Air Resort was a must-try.

It truly felt like a home away from home. the highlight for me was being able to barbecue in the snow and use the outdoor fireplace. the loft had comfortable beds, beautiful interior with large windows, and all the necessary amenities such as a dishwasher, laundry machine, and two full bathrooms. the friendly staff made the check-in process easy and hassle-free. The accommodations are modern and well-equipped, including a private terrace with a BBQ for guests to enjoy. The pool is also a great facility, providing a refreshing spot to relax and cool off during the summer months.

The service upon check-in was a bit of a letdown, with incorrect instructions causing confusion and delays. This could be improved by providing clearer directions and ensuring that emergency phone numbers are readily available for guests arriving outside of office hours.

The location was perfect, just a short drive from Mont Tremblant village and resort. We enjoyed the zip line provided by the resort, it was an excellent experience. it was a great family retreat with nice amenities and beautiful scenery.

The loft design and layout are spectacular, with big windows offering a beautiful view of the lake. The cozy fireplace and comfortable bean bag chairs create the perfect atmosphere for relaxation. The check-in process is smooth and the staff are nice, providing good service.

The hot tub's limited hours of operation until 6pm can be disappointing for guests who wish to enjoy it after a day of skiing.
