The staff was very welcoming and friendly. They provided great suggestions for nearby restaurants and shopping. the hotel was clean and reasonably quiet at night, away from street noise. the breakfast had a wide selection of hot and delicious food, and the dining area was clean and well-kept. the location was convenient, with easy access to amenities and attractions.

The check-in process was inconvenient as we couldn't check in prior to 3pm, even though the hotel was not busy. the traffic noise from the highway made it difficult to take an afternoon nap.

The continental breakfast was outstanding, with a wide variety of delicious options including make-it-yourself waffles, organic free-trade coffee, eggs, sausages, baked goodies. The breakfast area had large windows with a great view of the city. The staff attending the buffet were friendly and helpful.

I recently stayed at a hotel in Nanaimo and I must say, it exceeded my expectations. the location was perfect, situated near all the shopping locations I wanted to visit. It was incredibly convenient and saved me a lot of travel time. Secondly, the service provided by the staff was exceptional. They were friendly, helpful, and went above and beyond to ensure my stay was enjoyable. Lastly, the rooms were impressive with a selection of amenities, including a jacuzzi tub. It was a great way to unwind after a long day of shopping. Oh, and I must mention the breakfast - a good assortment of options including fresh fruit and delicious waffles, all included in the rate. I was very pleased with my experience.

All in all, I can honestly say that there was nothing to complain about.

The hotel is located in a clean area, close to Superstore and especially for the malls. The location was also convenient for the event we were attending at Long lake. The room was clean and comfortable, with a generous size. The bathroom was well-lit and had excellent towels. The service provided by the staff was friendly and accommodating. The included breakfast was surprisingly good, with hot options and a make-your-own waffle station.

I had an amazing stay at a hotel in Nanaimo. The staff were super friendly and helpful, and they even had hot drinks ready for me at check-in. My room was clean and comfortable, and I loved the jacuzzi in the king suite I was upgraded to. Plus, the hot breakfast in the morning was a pleasant surprise. highly recommend this hotel.

The location of the hotel was perfect for us as it was near the ferries and all the shopping locations we wanted to visit. It was also close to the event we were attending at Long lake which was very convenient. Plus, it was quite near a large shopping centre, making it easy for us to find anything we needed.

The lights in the hallways flickered constantly, which was quite annoying.

The room was not spacious enough for our family. the cleaning standard was average with a few unpleasant spots on the carpet.
