Clean rooms with comfortable beds, a Keurig coffee machine, and a well-appointed bathroom. Convenient location within walking distance to downtown. Friendly and helpful staff at the reception desk. Enjoyed the meals at the on-site restaurant. a pleasant stay.

I absolutely loved my stay at this hotel! The location is perfect, on the quieter end of Baker Street yet still in easy walking distance of everything. The room was spacious and charming, with everything in working order. The service was excellent, and the breakfast at the connected restaurant was delicious. I especially enjoyed the Italian meatball room service item. The view from the room was breathtaking, overlooking the city. a wonderful experience!

That it was hard to find a reasonably priced restaurant after 9 pm.

The room was spacious and had a comfortable bed. the staff were friendly and helpful. One advantage was the convenient location, close to restaurants and amenities.

The walls were thin, and noise from the neighboring rooms could be heard easily. the lack of soundproofing meant that traffic noise from outside was also quite noticeable, especially in the mornings.

The staff were friendly and accommodating, and they even gave us a discount coupon for breakfast at the adjoining restaurant, which was fantastic. The room was well-decorated and comfortable, with a super comfortable bed and synthetic pillows. The shower was great, with a robust shower head and heavenly soap. we had a very comfortable and pleasant visit.

Located right in the downtown district, this hotel offers easy access to most other restaurants in the area. Close to everything, it provides convenience for exploring the city. Situated on a hill, it offers a beautiful view from the rooms. The room itself was neat and tidy with comfy beds and quality linen, ensuring a great night's sleep. The staff went above and beyond, providing friendly and helpful service throughout the stay. Additionally, the attached restaurant offered delicious food and excellent service.

The breakfast at the connected restaurant was excellent, a nice bonus to the stay. The front desk staff were the best we have encountered, always friendly and helpful. The location was great, right downtown with easy access to shops. The room was well appointed and recently upgraded. Definitely recommended as a great place to stay in Nelson.

For three nights, we had a wonderfully clean and comfortable stay in this hotel. The staff were really friendly and made us feel welcome. The hotel's location on Baker Street made it easy to walk around the town center, with everything close by.

Nothing, it was perfect.

Spent Christmas here with the family. the location was great, close to shops & restaurants. the rooms were clean with modern amenities such as a 42" TV, fridge, microwave & coffee maker. the beds were comfortable & the rain shower had good pressure. Appreciated the heated pool on-site.

The holiday spirit did not rub off on the hotel staff who seemed unhappy to be working. Room service was slow & we had to constantly remind them about our requests.

My husband and I traveled from Fort McMurray to Nelson on our motorbikes and Best Western was the perfect place for us to stay. The location was ideal, allowing us to easily park our bikes and explore the vibrant Baker Street. We had a fantastic day exploring the local brew pubs, restaurants, and unique stores. The hotel itself is clean and the staff provided exceptional customer service. The rooms were comfortable and the front desk was always helpful. Additionally, the nearby Italian restaurant served delicious food, perfect for breakfast or dinner. a great experience.

We had the pleasure of staying at the Best Western Plus Baker Street Inn and the experience was fantastic. The staff were friendly and welcoming, making us feel right at home. The room was clean and comfortable, with a large fridge and all the necessary amenities. We were delighted to find coffee available in the lobby 24/7, and the Marzano restaurant in the hotel was absolutely fabulous. The menu was unique and offered delicious options like wild mushrooms on toast with an egg and arugula. The location was convenient, with a huge parking lot across the street and easy access to downtown and local commerce. we had a great stay and would highly recommend this hotel.

The location was perfect, as it was within easy walking distance of everything in the area. I loved that there was a cafe across the road where I could have breakfast, and the reduced price coupon was a bonus. The room and bathroom were well cleaned, and there was lots of natural light. The staff were friendly and the service was excellent. I also appreciated the free coffee and fruit in the lobby.

The parking situation was a bit challenging, as it was full in the late afternoon and evening.
