Had a fantastic stay at this hotel, the rooms were incredibly clean and comfortable, making for a relaxing experience. the staff was super friendly and welcoming, always ready to assist with a smile. the location was perfect for exploring the city, with many dining options nearby. Definitely planning to come back!

One aspect that could be improved is the inconsistency with towels and room cleaning. It would be great if the maid service could ensure all guests have their rooms refreshed daily.

During our family trip to Baltimore to explore the Inner Harbor area, we stayed at a hotel that had a great location within walking distance to the aquarium. The staff was friendly and the room was clean, with comfortable beds. Although we experienced some minor issues like slow check-in and outdated décor, overall it was a pleasant stay and we would consider staying longer next time.

Beds were comfy, breakfast was good at Renaissance Harborplace. Pool and fitness center were convenient. Located near aquarium with kind restaurant staff.

renaissance harborplace was a delight from start to finish. the staff, including zye and angelo, were exceptionally welcoming and attentive. early check-in was a pleasant surprise. complimentary breakfast coupons added an extra touch of hospitality. the room was pristine and well-equipped. overall, a stress-free and memorable stay that exceeded expectations.

At the lounge-like lobby, I felt like I was part of a bustling, sophisticated scene from a movie, with guests flowing in from the adjacent mall, conventions on the upper levels. It was a perfect spot for people-watching and soaking in the vibrant atmosphere.

I chose this hotel for a business symposium, and it's clear why The Renaissance has one of the best locations in the city for families or business travelers. The close proximity to the Convention Center and its 31,000 square feet of meeting space made it an ideal choice for corporate travelers. The adaptable conference rooms were impressive and facilitated a smooth and professional event.

The one service that I missed for my work was complimentary Wi-Fi.

There was no hand soap or enough washcloths for both of us in the room, which was a bit disappointing.

We found relaxation in the indoor pool and leisure room, perfect for unwinding after a day of exploring. Just a heads up, they could improve their communication upon check-in to manage expectations better. 🌟

Only one of my two rooms was ready at check-in, and I had to wait a long time. The digital key feature didn’t work during my entire visit, and I was charged more for parking through the hotel.
