The noise from the parking lot and vending machines late at night was a bit bothersome. Additionally, having to use the room key every time to access the pool area was a bit inconvenient, especially with a lot of kids running back and forth.

The sound insulation between rooms was great, but there was some noise coming from the hallway, especially with a sports team staying. the hot tub wasn't available in the morning as it had to be refilled, which would have been better if it was done the night before.

Spent my Christmas at a hotel nearby. the breakfast buffet was great and I loved how they changed the menu slightly every morning. the pool and hot tub area looked amazing, but sadly I didn't get a chance to use it. the location was perfect as it was near all the shops and restaurants.

The pet fee was a bit high at $20 per day and it was capped at $100 if you stayed for more than 5 days. during check-out, the front desk took my credit card and I didn't like that they did that instead of just turning the machine towards me.
