My Christmas stay at this hotel was a great experience. The outdoor onsen was my favorite part of my stay. The spa had so many different baths and the views were amazing. I loved soaking in the onsen while enjoying the beautiful scenery around me. Another great aspect was the traditional Japanese meal. The flavors were unique and tasty. The hotel was also conveniently located near the train station and bus stop, making it easy to get around. the staff were very friendly and helpful, adding to the positive experience.

I did run into a few issues during my stay. The rooms were a bit on the small side, which made it difficult to move around.

Lovely getaway, beautiful forest views, exquisite room with private bath, nice massage chair, delicious breakfast buffet, amazing onsen.

For us, it was ideal.
