The front staff and housekeeping were incredibly friendly and helpful. The numerous Italian restaurants in the neighborhood were fantastic and great value. The downtown core is unique and great for strolling. The free tour of Cominco was fascinating and well done. Gyro park, just over the Columbia, is a beautiful and family-friendly park. There are 3 electric car charging stations a block away at the arena. The attached restaurant was great, especially during happy hour. The beds and linens were excellent, very comfortable. The toiletries had a wonderful orange scent. The suite was spacious and had upgraded decor.

The bed was very uncomfortable and left us both with sore backs. we had to manually turn on the fan/AC for fresh air which led to us waking up with dry throats.
