The beds and pillows were incredibly comfortable, I didn't even need to use my own pillow from home. The rooms were sparkling clean and the location was perfect. The staff serving breakfast were exceptional, they went above and beyond to provide a well-rounded meal with hot and cold options. And I can't forget to mention the amazing coffee! my experience at Best Western Plus Dauphin was fantastic.

There was a slight issue with the wifi, but it wasn't a big problem. Also, the airflow in the suite was a bit poor, which made it difficult to find the right temperature for a comfortable sleep.

The staff at this hotel was outstanding! When my husband had an accident during our stay, they went above and beyond to ensure he received the help he needed and made our last night much easier. The hotel itself was clean, comfortable, and had great amenities. We also loved the pool, slide, and hot tub, as well as the convenient location. The breakfast provided was well-rounded with both hot and cold options, and the staff serving breakfast were incredible. we had a fantastic experience and would definitely recommend this hotel for its exceptional customer service and great facilities.
