As avid bikers, we loved having the convenience of bringing our bikes into the room for added security. The spaciousness of the room easily accommodated our bikes with no hassle. Additionally, the hotel's pool and hot tub provided the perfect way to relax after a long day of biking under the hot sun.

I had a great stay at this hotel in Fernie! The location was fantastic, with shops and restaurants just a short walk away. It was so convenient to have coffee shops nearby for my morning pick-me-up. The service from the staff was excellent, they were friendly and helpful throughout my stay. The room was comfortable and had a great mountain view, which was such a treat. I loved that there was a kitchenette and fireplace in the room, it made it feel cozy and like a home away from home. Plus, the breakfast included in the rate was delicious and served on real plates. It was a great way to start my day at 8:30am.

Great room for a larger family.

I recently stayed at a hotel in Fernie during a basketball exhibition tournament. The location was perfect, being situated between Glacier National Park and Calgary airport. I was impressed with the in-house restaurant, Boston Pizza, which offered delicious meals and a lively sports bar atmosphere. The room I stayed in had a comfortable bed and pillows, ensuring a great night's sleep. The service provided by the friendly staff was top-notch. In the morning, I enjoyed a delicious breakfast spread that satisfied everyone in my group. The hotel also had great facilities, including a small but refreshing pool. it was a fantastic stay.

One area for improvement would be the cleanliness of the pool area, as there were debris on the floor that remained there the next day.

This hotel is one of my absolute favorites to stay at when visiting customers in the Valley. Its location is great too, with stores and dining options close by. The rooms are spacious and can easily accommodate larger families. The availability of rooms on the ground floor is a great feature, especially for those with pets who have trouble with stairs or elevators. The breakfast, although not spectacular, is abundant in options and the staff is friendly.

The decor could use some updating.

The room was clean, comfortable, and well-maintained. The staff were extremely helpful and provided great recommendations for local dining options. The hot breakfast served was delicious and exceeded my expectations. The pool and hot tub area were quiet and relaxing. The view from the window was breathtaking, allowing me to truly appreciate the beautiful surroundings.

One of the front desk staff members could have been more accommodating when we inquired about the possibility of a cot.

The view from our room was simply breathtaking. We were on the top floor facing the majestic mountains, and it was truly a sight to behold. The room itself was comfortable, quiet, and larger than average, which made our stay even more enjoyable. Additionally, the location of the hotel was fantastic, with a bike trail just beyond the parking lot and downtown Fernie within walking distance. We also appreciated the convenience of having a Starbucks, liquor store, and grocery store nearby. The hotel staff was friendly and even offered me an additional discount upon check-in. I highly recommend this hotel for its exceptional views, comfortable accommodations, and convenient location.

The rooms were well-insulated and quiet, despite the hotel being fully booked. The staff and cleaning crew were excellent. Boston Pizza offered more than just pizza, and it was convenient to have an indoor option during the cold weather. The hotel had a great selection of TV channels. The location was ideal, and overall, the ambiance was enjoyable. We've stayed at the Lodge multiple times and have always been satisfied.

We loved our Thanksgiving stay in this mountain hotel! the complimentary breakfast was amazing, with plenty of hot and cold options to choose from. the room was spacious and had everything we needed, including a fridge and microwave. the location was perfect, right in the heart of town and within walking distance of restaurants and shops. We really enjoyed the indoor pool and hot tub, a great way to relax after a day of exploring the surrounding area.

That our room faced the noisy street, and we could hear some traffic during the night. However, we were so tired from the day's activities that it didn't bother us too much.
