The staff at the front desk were extremely helpful and accommodating, making sure all our needs were met. The room itself was beautifully decorated and added to the charm of the hotel. The location was perfect, with easy access to water taxis and all the main tourist attractions in the center of the historical city. We also enjoyed a delicious breakfast in the restaurant, which transformed into Do Leoni restaurant in the evening. the cleanliness, facilities, transportation options, and the helpfulness of the staff made our stay truly enjoyable.

The staff were friendly, helpful, and professional, especially Federica at the reception. I loved that we could dock our water taxi right outside the lobby. Breakfast was great and the service throughout our stay was consistently awesome.
