We had a blast at this Best Western! The pool and hot tub were amazing, perfect for relaxing after a night out with friends. The onsite restaurant and nearby dining options were great too. Plus, the shuttle to the casino was a convenient bonus.

Our room was clean and spacious, with comfortable beds and all the necessary amenities. The hotel had a nice pool and hot tub, perfect for relaxing after a long day. The staff were friendly and accommodating, making sure we had everything we needed. Despite a couple of minor hiccups, our stay at Best Western was enjoyable. The location of the hotel was very convenient, with easy access to the highway, downtown area, and OPP HQ. On concert nights, guests could enjoy the outdoor facilities with loungers and a gazebo. The rooms were spacious and the beds were extremely comfortable, providing a great night's sleep. The breakfast buffet was also good, offering a variety of options.

There was an issue with the water pipes vibrating loudly in the bathroom whenever someone nearby took a shower. This caused a disruptive and early wake-up call for guests.

We stayed at a hotel that was conveniently located close to everything we wanted to do in town. It was right across from Kelsey's restaurant and just off the main street with many restaurants. The room was clean and comfortable, with a nice patio area outside the pool. The staff was friendly and the facilities included a gym and a pool.

There was a bit of rust in the tub, which was a small downside of our stay.

Comfortable room but disappointing breakfast

I recently stayed at a hotel in Orillia and while the breakfast buffet was a bit disappointing with limited options, I was pleased with the comfort and cleanliness of my room. The hotel staff were also helpful in fixing a running toilet. I would recommend this hotel for its comfortable accommodations.

We had a wonderful stay at this hotel. the staff was extremely friendly and helpful, making our experience even more enjoyable. the gym, pool, and dry sauna were the best we've encountered at any Best Western or other hotels in the area. It was a perfect way to relax after a long day of activities. we really appreciated the on-site restaurant where we could have a fresh and hot breakfast to start our day. the amenities and service provided by this hotel exceeded our expectations.

I had an incredible stay at Best Western. The staff went above and beyond to accommodate my needs. One particular incident stood out - when I arrived, my room had a broken curtain rod and the curtains wouldn't close properly. However, the staff immediately came to my room and fixed it, ensuring I had a comfortable stay. I highly recommend this hotel.

Stayed here for a hockey tournament with my family. The hotel was incredibly clean with attentive staff. The rooms were beautiful and well-maintained. Kids loved the pool and the staff made our time there extra special. Enjoyed a good breakfast with acceptable options. Staff were very accommodating and the hotel had a doggy gift for our furry friend. Will happily return and recommend to friends and family. Happy New Year!

The value for money was great and the room was comfortable and clean. The added bonus of having a fridge and microwave in the room was a pleasant surprise. The location was convenient, with easy access to nearby restaurants, and the staff at the front desk were friendly and helpful.

The breakfast menu could be improved with a wider variety of options.

The staff was friendly and knowledgable, great directions given, shuttle service to casino, worth the price, clean hotel and polite staff.

The front counter staff were awesome. The staff in the restaurant were very courteous and friendly. I arrived late and left early to and from the Motel, so I am not qualified to comment about too much else.

Would definitely recommend this hotel!
