I was pleasantly surprised when the manager upgraded our room. the breakfast was outstanding, with a menu to order from instead of a standard buffet. the staff were friendly and accommodating, making my business trip comfortable. the location offered beautiful views of the surrounding hills and felt like a serene getaway just outside the bustling city.

The bathroom was on the smaller side, which was a bit inconvenient. There was no microwave in the room, which would have been helpful for heating up leftovers or making a quick snack.

The rooms were clean and attractive, and the beds were comfortable with a variety of pillows. The staff were friendly and attentive, especially during breakfast, which was delicious and included in the price. this hotel offered great value for money and I would definitely come back.

I recently stayed at Best Western in Thunder Bay for essential medical purposes and decided to extend my stay for some relaxation and coursework. The hotel staff graciously upgraded me to a business suite, providing a comfortable and quiet environment for my studies. The restaurant served delicious food, and the entire staff was friendly and helpful. The room had a beautiful view, a fantastic bed, two sinks, fluffy towels, and even a bathroom heat lamp. The large room was well-equipped and had a patio door with a screen. The check-in and check-out process was smooth, and the staff was courteous and accommodating.

The rooms have all the basic amenities, with comfortable beds and a separate room for lounging and watching television. The breakfast, which is included in some packages, is a sit-down experience where you can select from a wide variety of items on the regular menu. The fact that it is cooked to order makes it even more enjoyable.

The hotel had excellent pet-friendly amenities, with a patio door in the room and easy access to a large grassy area for dogs. Additionally, the hotel had a fitness center with full workout equipment and a pool and sauna for relaxation after a day of activities.

There were a couple of negative aspects during my stay. there were issues with the pool as it was constantly used for swim lessons, making it difficult for guests to enjoy.
