Every time I visit, I am warmly welcomed. They helped me with my heavy bags on my first stay. the place has all I need: Free Wi-Fi, 24-hour reception, fitness center, spa, and more. Coming back for another city trip soon.

The room was cozy and clean, had all the necessary amenities. the staff were friendly and accommodating, making me feel welcome. the location was convenient, not too far from the airport and away from the hustle and bustle of the city. the breakfast was delicious, a nice way to start the day. a pleasant stay. From the moment we entered the tranquil Riad, we felt warmly welcomed and instantly relaxed. The staff went above and beyond to ensure our stay was exceptional. Our room was spacious and beautifully decorated, with thoughtful touches like water and fruit waiting for us. The comfortable bed and amazing pillows led to a restful sleep. The location just outside the Medina walls made it convenient for taxi arrivals and departures. We appreciated the airport pickup arranged by the Riad. Karima at reception was incredibly helpful in securing restaurant reservations. We also enjoyed a lovely spa experience and a relaxing massage. we had an exceeded expectations at Riad El Hara.

The rooms were a bit dark, and some windows allowed visibility into other rooms. Additionally, the bed's proximity to the front door made it noisier, as we could hear guests talking to reception or returning to their rooms.

We, a family of five, enjoyed the boutique hotel's location, being central yet peaceful. the staff excelled in providing exceptional service, including prompt airport pick-up, delicious breakfast with dietary accommodations, and helpful recommendations. Clean rooms and the serene spa further enhanced our stay.
