The bed in our room was incredibly comfortable, with lovely linens that made for a great night's sleep. the suite was also very spacious, providing plenty of room for us to relax and unwind. we appreciated the convenient location of the hotel, as it was close to the shops, coffee shops, and restaurants we wanted to visit. It was really convenient for us to have everything within walking distance.

The cleanliness of the room. While the linens were clean and the room looked tidy, the floors were noticeably dirty and in need of a good vacuuming and washing.

The queen bed suite with a kitchen was perfect for my family. the room was incredibly clean and nicely decorated, and the bed was very comfortable. the hotel itself was also very clean, and I appreciated the nice amenities like the gym and pool. the management team was extremely understanding when we had an issue with the fire alarm waking up our baby and allowed us to leave without charging us for an extra night.

I recently stayed at Best Western Premier Route 97 in Vernon for a brief weekend getaway. The hotel was impeccably clean and well-maintained. The gym and pool were great amenities, and our room was beautifully decorated and spotless. The management team was extremely understanding and accommodating when we had an issue with the fire alarm disturbing our baby's sleep. They allowed us to leave without charging us for an additional night. The location was convenient, with stores, coffee shops, and restaurants nearby. a fantastic experience!

The hotel is conveniently located near a Cora's restaurant, making breakfast options easily accessible. The rooms are clean and well-decorated, with comfortable beds. The management team is understanding and accommodating, as they allowed a family to leave early without additional charges due to a noisy fire alarm. The gym and pool are also nice amenities in the hotel.

The hot tub was not functioning during the stay.

We had a great romantic escape! the hotel was new, clean and comfortable with fantastic gym facilities and a beautiful pool. the room was beautifully decorated and very well maintained, it was also very quiet helping us to relax. the location was fantastic being just a short walk to some amazing restaurants and bars in the area.

That the breakfast provided did not include coffee or tea refills which came as a surprise to us.
