I was pleasantly surprised by the exceptional service at this hotel. We arrived early and they graciously upgraded us to a jacuzzi room so we could check in early. The room was clean and comfortable, and the staff were courteous throughout our stay. The complimentary coffee, tea, and fruit available 24/7 were a nice touch. The breakfast in the morning was also satisfying. The hotel's convenient location within walking distance of restaurants was a plus. I would recommend this hotel for a comfortable and enjoyable stay.

Bigger hot tub needed in pool room.

Spent my Christmas holiday at a hotel in downtown Invermere. the room was cozy and had two comfortable beds. the hotel's location was a bonus as it was close to all the attractions we wanted to see. the continental breakfast offered a variety of food, including hot items, which was a nice surprise. the daily room service was prompt and staff were friendly.

The parking situation was a bit inconvenient, as it was limited to the hotel's lot or angle parking on the main street. the hotel's pool was quite small, making it crowded at times.
