I was pleasantly surprised by the exceptional service at this hotel. We arrived early and they graciously upgraded us to a jacuzzi room so we could check in early. The room was clean and comfortable, and the staff were courteous throughout our stay. The complimentary coffee, tea, and fruit available 24/7 were a nice touch. The breakfast in the morning was also satisfying. The hotel's convenient location within walking distance of restaurants was a plus. I would recommend this hotel for a comfortable and enjoyable stay.

awesome surprise welcome bag for my chihuahua hercules. he loved the treats and his new toy! staff was exceptionally friendly and efficient for check-in. higher floor room as requested and super quiet. we will be back!

Bigger hot tub needed in pool room.

The location of the hotel is perfect as it is close to stores and restaurants, making it convenient to find everything we needed.
