great location, friendly and safe area, easy walk to Stanley Park. excellent service, warm room, fully stocked kitchen, complimentary slippers and water. Highly recommend for a family holiday.

Balcony not furnished and dirty.

The Carmana Plaza was perfect for us as young people. The location was amazing, right in the heart of downtown with an incredible view. The rooms were clean and renovated, with top of the line TVs and a full kitchen. We loved having our own condo for the weekend and being able to cook in our suite. The urban market across the street made it convenient to grab groceries, and there was even a liquor store around the corner. The price was great too. We will definitely be coming back!

Didn’t dislike anything.

We loved staying at this place! The location couldn't have been better - right in the center with everything within walking distance. There was even a food market just across the street, which was so convenient for us. The staff was friendly and helpful, especially during check-out. The rooms were fully equipped with everything we needed and were very comfortable. We also appreciated the amenities like the kitchen and the dining area. it was a fantastic experience and we would definitely recommend it.

Great hotel for families.

Our stay at Carmana Hotel & Suites was fantastic. The view from our room was breathtaking and the amenities were plentiful. We especially appreciated the comfortable beds and the efficient and friendly staff. The location was perfect for exploring the city. we highly recommend this hotel for a great stay in Vancouver.

The food for breakfast could be improved.

The location of the hotel was amazing, right next to a supermarket and steakhouse. The suite had a fully functioning kitchen and was comfortable. I would definitely stay here again. I recommend this hotel.

Friendly and helpful staff assisted us with noise issues and storing luggage. Great views of the city from office balcony.

The suite we booked was spacious and had a separate lounge area, kitchenette, and balcony with a great view of the city. The bed was incredibly comfortable and provided a much-needed rest after a long flight. The location was perfect for shopping and exploring the downtown area, with easy access to public transportation. The hotel itself was quiet and had a minimalist lobby that I really liked.

The gym had very limited equipment, and there were no laundry cards provided for guests to use. We had to buy our own card, which was a bit inconvenient.

We stayed here with a group of seven and booked two spacious two-bedroom apartments. The location was perfect, right across the street from a food market, and within walking distance of local attractions. The staff were friendly, and the service was fantastic.

The gym facilities could use some improvement.

Located in a prime spot, we could easily walk to various restaurants and shops and access the train stations quickly. Being close to Stanley Park and Granville Island made it easy to explore these areas. The spacious and clean rooms had all necessary amenities, including an equipped kitchen and comfortable bed. The staff was always friendly and helpful.

Lack of basic essentials like salt and pepper in the kitchenette could be inconvenient for some guests.

The room was spotlessly clean and had a fully equipped kitchenette which made it great for cooking our own meals. We also appreciated the laundry facilities on-site, which were very cheap and easy to use. the location was fantastic, with plenty of great food options just a stone's throw away.

The staff were not particularly communicative and we struggled to understand them at times. while we appreciated the convenience of on-site parking, it was quite expensive and we ended up finding cheaper options on the street nearby.
