clean - comfy room near great bakery and the town center. surprisingly quiet on the highway. wifi worked well. the pub uphill is good for dinner.

we found idlewilde town & country motor inn a pleasant surprise. the location on the main highway is convenient yet surprisingly quiet. our room was spacious, clean, and cozy, with all the standard amenities you'd expect from a motel. the wifi connection was strong, ensuring we stayed connected throughout our stay. being close to the town center made exploring easy, and the nearby pub was great for a delicious dinner at the top of the hill.

Stayed here on a rainy day. Grandkids bummed we couldn't swim due to insurance. Room was comfy, clean. Staff ghosted, but I wrestled the key! Truck noise kept me company all night, missing hot shower in the morning. Pub on the hill was a savior for dinner. An experience I won't forget. Cheers from a wet Belgian blogger.

The hotel provides excellent value for money. The rooms are large and comfortable, with all the amenities you could need including air conditioning, a fridge, and a kettle. The owners are very welcoming and provide lots of information about the local area. The location is convenient, right on the main highway and within walking distance to attractions such as the wetland and breweries.
