My stay at Carmel Inn was fantastic. The staff at the front desk went above and beyond to resolve a mix-up with my room, upgrading me to a suite without any extra charge. The room was clean and comfortable, and I felt well taken care of. Despite a minor issue with the coffee pot not being cleaned, the overall cleanliness of the hotel was impressive. The location, just outside of downtown, provided a peaceful and secure environment. The value for money at Carmel Inn is exceptional, making it a dependable place to stay for a night when traveling. The friendly and accommodating staff made me feel welcome, and their prompt service was commendable. I highly recommend Carmel Inn for a pleasant and affordable stay.
