the hotel next door had a beautiful lobby and the staff at chez swann were incredibly helpful. the rooms had amazing decor and attention to detail. the location was perfect, right in the heart of downtown. i loved the continental breakfast and the parking coupon was a great bonus. i wish i could have stayed longer.
