When we arrived at the hotel, we immediately felt like we were in good hands. The staff was understanding, sympathetic, and extremely helpful, especially the ladies on the night desk and Sam, who made sure we had everything we needed. The location of the hotel was also a plus, as it was conveniently near a shopping mall and close to the highway. The rooms were clean and quiet, with big comfy beds that allowed us to sleep like logs. The hotel facilities, such as the pool, hot tub, and sauna, were a nice bonus.

The noise level in the hotel was a drawback. We were disturbed early in the morning by the preparation for the Sunday buffet, and also in the middle of the night due to people yelling in the same area.

Convenient location near Trans-Canada Highway. Enjoyed the salt-water pool and tasty dinner. Friendly staff, especially at check-in. Spacious rooms with great value. Cozy atmosphere and lovely central area with indoor garden.

Just stayed at Coast in Kamloops for a quick overnight visit. The friendly front desk provided great dining recommendations and pool information. The room was clean and comfortable, with a fantastic shower and wonderful scented hair conditioner. The variety of pools, sauna, and hot tub were enjoyed by all family members. The beds were excellent, staff were friendly, and the large bathroom counter space was a bonus. Would definitely stay here again!

We loved the peaceful environment here, away from the noisy highway. The lush green interior garden with flowing water made it very serene. Our room was modern, comfy and clean with refillable bathroom products. It was nice not to have to sleep with a noisy unit cranking away, thanks to the central air conditioning.

Located on the highway and down the hill, the Coast Kamloops Hotel is conveniently close to a shopping mall and some really good places. The rooms are clean and spacious, with comfy beds that guarantee a good night's sleep. The staff is pleasant and accommodating, ensuring a pleasant stay. The hotel offers an inside pool, perfect for some fun and relaxation. the restaurant attached to the hotel, Romeo's, serves delicious food and has a cheery atmosphere.

The hotel lacks variety in its food choices, leaving guests with limited options for breakfast or dining.

Our honeymoon suite had a slight odor that seemed to be coming from rust and mold on the windows. We also didn't appreciate the surprise of having our entire bill plus deposit charged to our credit card upon arrival.

The restaurant had delicious food, both for breakfast and dinner. The location near the Trans-Canada Highway was perfect for our overnight stay. The swimming pool was excellent, and I appreciated the extra hour we had to ourselves. Despite a few drawbacks, Coast Kamloops Hotel provided a good experience overall. I would definitely recommend it.

I had a fantastic sleep in a very comfortable king size bed. The hotel's restaurant offered a wide variety of delicious food, including American and Thai cuisine. The hotel itself is in great shape, clean, and well decorated. The pool area, especially the "jungle" room with exotic plants and a little river, was a delightful experience. I am already planning to bring my family here for a weekend getaway.

We decided to stay just outside the city center and chose this hotel over the 5 other places we called. From the moment we arrived, we felt like we were in good hands. The staff was exceptionally friendly and accommodating. Our room was clean and comfortable, with a good mattress and pillows. The service in the restaurant was first class, and the interior garden created a peaceful environment, free from outside noise.

The noise from the hall and neighboring room was quite loud at times.
