The personal communication from the owner made checking in quick and easy. The bed was super comfy and the room had everything I needed. The shower was perfect, and the breakfast ordering system was convenient. The staff, especially Jean, Maria, and Jane, went above and beyond to make my stay memorable. Their exceptional service made me feel welcomed and valued.

I had a fantastic stay at the Coastal Inn Antigonish. The room had a cozy cottage-style decor, which made it very comfortable and quiet. The little details like having a toaster and condiments like jam and cream cheese in the room were a nice touch. I also appreciated the stickers for the hot and cold water in the shower. The bed was super comfortable, and the remote check-in and check-out process was very efficient. The location was convenient, with easy access to the room. The room was also toasty warm and spotlessly clean, which was especially important to me as I was there for surgery. The virtual check-in and online ordering for breakfast were very convenient, and I loved that they delivered it to the room on time. The extra towel pickup in designated areas was also a nice feature.

The hotel offered complimentary breakfast and parking, which was a great plus. the location was also perfect for our needs, close to shopping and restaurants. Another advantage was the cozy room decor, which made it feel like a home away from home.

Our stay during Christmas was not very enjoyable. the heating in the room was inadequate and it was freezing cold.
