As a solo traveler, I loved that the hotel was conveniently located near everything. The cleaning staff did an amazing job, and the front desk personnel were incredibly attentive and resolved any issues promptly.

Room not ready on time.

The room was clean, spacious, and well-appointed. the bed was incredibly comfortable, providing me with a great night's sleep. the hotel offered a complimentary breakfast that was as good as any free breakfast I've had. the convenient location made it easy to access shopping and the nearby highway. it was excellent value for the money.

There were a few aspects that could be improved. the temperature adjustment in the shower was a bit challenging.

The comfortable beds and friendly staff make for a pleasant stay. Plus, the room comes with a fridge and microwave, perfect for storing or heating up snacks.

Our recent stay at this hotel was enjoyable for our family. The location was convenient for us, as it was just across the street from the Champlain mall. We found the room to be comfortable and the staff was friendly and welcoming. Particularly, Randy at the front desk made us feel like friends. The pool, treated with salt instead of chlorine, was a hit with the kids. Additionally, the breakfast served was hot and satisfying.

We loved the convenient location near popular restaurants and stores. The hotel had excellent wifi and a business centre. The staff, especially Randy and Giselle, were extremely helpful and made our stay enjoyable. The rooms were clean, comfortable, and spacious. The breakfast offered a wide variety of options, including gluten-free choices, which was great for someone like me. it exceeded our expectations for the price.

I recently had a fantastic stay at a hotel in Moncton that exceeded my expectations in many ways. the location was absolutely perfect - right in front of the Shopping Mall and conveniently close to the airport. This made it incredibly convenient for all my shopping needs and travel arrangements. Secondly, the staff at this hotel were exceptional. They were pleasant, helpful, and went above and beyond to ensure I had a comfortable and enjoyable stay. Additionally, the basic amenities in the rooms were great, especially the fact that they had two double beds, perfect for families with children. I also appreciated the attention to detail in the rooms, with no carpet but instead having luminate flooring, which gave a clean and modern feel. Lastly, the breakfast provided was impressive, with a selection of hot food options included. It was a great way to start the day, and I was pleased to find that it offered more than just the typical continental breakfast.

All in all, my experience at this hotel was fantastic and I couldn't find any faults with it.

The location of the hotel is great for business travelers, as it is in the center of town and close to the big mall. The staff are very friendly and always ready to help. The comfortable bed and the "to go bag" with muffins and fruit for breakfast were a thoughtful touch. the staff was helpful and friendly, and the location was perfect for shopping, sightseeing, and dining out. I also liked the fact that the room had a mini fridge and microwave.
