Our family had a fantastic stay at Comfort Inn Chatham. The front desk employee on Saturday afternoon was incredible, going above and beyond to make our stay enjoyable. The window coverings in our room were promptly fixed when we mentioned the issue. Steve at the front desk was friendly and accommodating, even allowing us to check in early for a wedding. We appreciated the convenience of being able to park our car right outside our room's sliding door. The room was equipped with all the essentials, including a comfortable bed, fridge, microwave, and reliable WiFi connection. The bathroom was clean, and the AC temperature was just right. We also found a functioning iron and hair dryer. The location was convenient, and the TV had a good selection of channels. The sheets were fresh, and toiletries were provided. The lighting was adequate, and the shower had good water pressure. We valued the privacy and quietness of our room. Check-out timings were reasonable, and check-in was fast. a great experience.

Noisy air conditioner in room.

The location of this hotel was perfect for me. It was not far from the downtown area or any other part of Chatham for that matter. Additionally, it was fairly close to good restaurants and everything I wanted to see in this city. The room I stayed in was average-sized, but it was immaculate, as was the bathroom. The staff at check-in could not have been nicer. They even came with me to make sure the door opened smoothly and tried the patio door for me as well. The breakfast provided was a delight. Although it had pretty standard offerings, it was hot and there was a variety of options available. The kitchen staff was also very friendly.

The lobby offered free hot coffee and tea at 10 p.m., and the snack area was clean and well-stocked. The room was clean, well-equipped, and had incredibly comfortable beds. I was thoroughly pleased with my stay.

The front desk employee on Saturday afternoon was tremendous. So polite, cheerful, and helpful. Went out of her way to offer to run down the hall and open my room so I could drive around and enter through the patio door. At another point she literally ran down the hall to ensure my needs were met. Hard to find service like that these days. Free hot coffee, decaf coffee, and tea available in the main lobby at 10 p.m. on a Sunday night. Clean, well-lit and well-stocked snack and beverage area where you could purchase snacks and beverages. Fast, friendly and efficient staff. Clean and well-equipped room with amazingly comfortable beds. A lot of breakfast options available.
