From the moment we arrived, the staff made us feel right at home, especially Dipika and Kathy, who were personable and professional. The hotel had a nice ambiance, and I loved the real plates and utensils at breakfast, adding a touch of warmth to the experience.

However, the noise from the busy highway in front was a bit distracting, and the breakfast area could feel crowded at peak times. Plus, our room layout was slightly cramped, making it hard to navigate comfortably.

The room was clean and well-appointed, with a spacious work desk and comfy bed. The breakfast was excellent, offering a good variety. The hallways are very narrow, and there is no elevator. This made getting luggage to the second floor challenging for older guests in our group.

The indoor pool could use a makeover!!! The cleanliness of common areas is lacking and needs attention!!! Some rooms overlook a dumpster, which definitely detracts from the experience!!! Wireless internet is subpar, making it hard to stay connected!!!

I was disappointed with my stay overall. Several issues arose, including the elevator being out of service for one of my days, which was frustrating. Additionally, I found that my key card stopped working multiple times and needed to be recoded, causing unnecessary delays. The gym was very small and not as accessible as expected.

Comfortable room, friendly staff, with a good selection of breakfast items including fresh fruit and pastries. Free parking which made our stay all the more convenient during our visit.

We stayed for one night while traveling home and found the room to be updated and clean, which made our visit enjoyable. The breakfast selection was impressive with fresh baked goods and a variety of hot items. Plus, the location was great with easy access to nearby parks, like the Heart-shaped Pond and Hemlock Ravine Park, perfect for a family outing. Overall, very satisfied with our stay!

The room was pretty standard, but comfy enough for a good night's sleep. It had a microwave and fridge, which was super convenient. I liked that it felt clean and cozy. The beds were nice, and there were plenty of charging ports available. Only downside was the occasional noise from the busy highway outside, but once inside, it wasn't too bothersome. Breakfast was a nice bonus too!

the location is super good, right off the highway, and the staff were really friendly and helpful, especially this one guy named vishal who went outta his way to make sure i had everything i needed. the breakfast staff kept the food stocked which was nice too, and even got a decent view of the lake when you step outside. the room was also pretty spacious and comfy.

This Comfort Inn offers stunning lake views and incredibly friendly staff who go above and beyond to ensure a perfect stay. The pet-friendly atmosphere and outdoor relaxations spots were a delightful touch.
