We stayed at Hillcrest Hall for two nights and it was a delightful experience. The staff was incredibly friendly and helpful, making us feel appreciated throughout our stay. The breakfast was outstanding, with a great variety of delicious food. The room was beautifully decorated, creating a warm and inviting atmosphere. The Inn itself had a lot of character and history, with stunning period antiques. We enjoyed watching the sunset from the porch every evening. we would highly recommend this lovely Inn to our friends and family.

Renovated home, beautiful stop on holiday. Planned 1 night, stayed 2. Lovely, helpful staff with great ideas for places to visit. Huge room, separate sleeping area, couch, TV. Stunning water view from 2nd floor. Amazing breakfast, try the oatcakes. Fantastic location, walkable beach. Clean, comfortable room, great shower. Wifi not great on 3rd floor. Heaven on main floor, enormous, beautiful room. Wrap-around porch, facing beach. Friendly, accommodating innkeeper. Scrambled eggs & sausage breakfast in dining room with homemade pastries.

I recently had the pleasure of staying at a charming country inn located in a lovely village. The location of the inn was perfect for me as it was super close to the concert I attended and also conveniently near the boardwalk hike. The room I stayed in was comfortable and spacious, with all the modern conveniences I needed. The service provided by the staff was exceptional, making me feel right at home. The breakfast offered was very good, with a variety of delicious options to choose from. The view from the inn was breathtaking, overlooking the sea and Port Hood island. it was a delightful stay that I would highly recommend.

Had a great Easter at a wonderful countryside inn. Loved the complimentary breakfast and coffee, and the stunning views from the front of the hotel were amazing. It was also great to have a bistro nearby with good food and entertainment on the weekends. the antique furniture and decorating really added to the charm of the place.

The Wi-Fi was very weak, especially in our room, which made it difficult to stay connected. the stairs were quite narrow and winding, which made it a little difficult to carry larger suitcases up to the room.

We enjoyed staying here! The staff were wonderful and friendly, making us feel like family. The location is perfect, just a short walk across the road to the beach. The room was spacious and had everything we needed, including free toiletries, a flat-screen TV, and air conditioning. We also enjoyed the garden area where we could relax and unwind. The Wi-Fi worked well, and we had free parking.

I recently stayed at Hillcrest Hall for a weekend getaway. The staff were friendly and helpful, and the rooms were very nice with a lovely view. The hotel's gardens and stained glass added to its attractive charm. I was delighted to find a beach across the street where we discovered sand dollars and beach glass. The location was also convenient, within walking distance to a pub. The continental breakfast had a wide variety of options and was constantly replenished. I had a fantastic stay at Hillcrest Hall.

The location of this inn was fantastic! It was very close to a good restaurant which had live music, and it was also convenient just off the highway. We could easily access everything we needed, including beautiful views of the water nearby. The staff were exceptional and made our stay memorable. The room itself was spacious and had all the amenities we needed. The breakfast buffet offered a variety of options, including fresh fruit and delicious baking.

The bathroom could use some updating and refreshing.

The large suite with a sea view and bay window was excellent. The buffet breakfasts in the pleasant dining room were very good. The hotel staff was friendly and accommodating. The location was ideal, with easy access to the Cabot trail and a fantastic bistro just across the road. The hotel was quiet, allowing for a peaceful night's sleep. Will definitely be back!
