Breakfast delights could be improved with better communication. It would be helpful to have clear signage in the breakfast area and elevator regarding the breakfast timings, as we were given conflicting information.

As foreign tourists, we loved the warm welcome from the staff. Britney went above and beyond by opening the waterslide and pool for our kids, and even opened the breakfast hall for us to get snacks and drinks. Amit impressed us with his exceptional service by offering us a different room on the same floor when there was a miscommunication with room service. As party people, we were pleasantly surprised by the welcoming staff who went above and beyond for us. Britney, the clerk, opened the waterslide and pool for the kids and even allowed us access to the breakfast hall for snacks and drinks. Amit, another staff member, offered us a different room on the same floor when our room wasn't cleaned. The room itself was comfortable with all the necessary amenities, including a well-stocked coffee pot, a spacious bathroom with high-quality toiletries, and a suitable desk area for working. The staff truly made our stay enjoyable and memorable.
