The cleanliness was top-notch; smelled fresh, not a single pet hair in sight. The breakfast spread was solid with a full belly choice. 🌟 Despite a last-minute room switch hiccup, and little grass area for the pup to potty, this spot tops my list for a return trip with the fur babies!

The room wasn't spotless—a dirty motel room is a buzzkill. Despite that, the beds were tidy.

The hotel room was so dusty and dirty that it literally made me sick and I had to abandon my vacation early because I couldn't breathe due to my allergies. I also repeatedly found bugs in my bed.

the room was clean and spacious with a mini fridge and microwave. great location - walking distance to many attractions and restaurants. i was only 15-20 minutes away from dollywood. the staff was super friendly and the hot breakfast had lots of choices.

The bed was okay, but I found the pillows to be too small. The water in the shower came out black on the first night, but it was quickly cleared. The room had some dust, especially under the microwave and on the fridge, but overall it was clean. The food at the hotel was good, and I liked that there was a restaurant nearby. The location was great, as it was easy to get on and off the parkway and close to all the attractions in the area. The staff, for the most part, was friendly and helpful.
