There was zero place for our clothes—no hangers, drawers, or even a small table. It felt like living out of a suitcase for six days, and the whole experience was chaotic!

Renovations appeared rushed with subpar finishes, leaving much to be desired in room details and hygiene. Minor inconveniences like poorly secured fixtures were concerning. A blend of excellent service and significant room for improvement. I'd consider returning, hoping for better maintenance and attention to detail.

The beds at Microtel Inn & Suites are incredibly comfortable, making for a great night's sleep. The lobby and common areas are well-maintained, providing a pleasant atmosphere. Despite some issues with noise and the breakfast setup, the overall cleanliness and comfort stand out.

My room was spotless and super roomy, making it perfect for relaxing! The kitchenette was a game-changer; I loved having a fridge for snacks. The breakfast spread was delicious, and the staff were incredibly friendly and helpful!

We hit up the roller coasters and Splash Country—it was epic! Then we caught some insane action at Dolly Parton Stampede, fire eaters and all. The thrill was next level!

I loved my stay because this hotel is right across the street from the Titanic attraction and just a short stroll from the Hard Rock Cafe and a great selection of restaurants, making it super easy to enjoy local attractions and dining; plus, it's nestled on a hill that gives you a quiet escape from street noise. The rooms were clean and the staff was friendly and accommodating, providing all the essentials for a comfortable stay, but the breakfast experience could use some improvements as the food was a bit lukewarm during my visit.

We had an exhilarating day full of family fun at Dolly Parton's Smoky Mountain Adventures, with mesmerizing magicians, hilarious comedians, and toe-tapping live music. The kids couldn't get enough of the thrilling roller coasters and Splash Country Water Adventure Park!

My wife says that more family-friendly activities in the hotel would have been great.

The location is right across from major attractions like the Titanic. Breakfast is great, no waiting for waffles and plenty of food to choose from.
