The rooms at Comfort Inn Ottawa West- Kanata were spacious and nicely renovated. They were a good size and perfect for someone with physical handicaps. The location was also convenient, just a short drive away from downtown Ottawa. The best part was the complimentary breakfast, which was excellent and provided at no extra cost.

Friendly staff allowed us to use the breakfast room for dinner. Comfy beds and good breakfast. Convenient location with helpful staff and reliable AC. Construction affected pet-friendly room but staff accommodated for a better location. Great value for price.

I had a comfortable and relatively clean stay at Comfort Inn. The bed was cozy and the room was tidy.

I asked for foam pillows due to my feather allergy but unfortunately, the pillows provided were feather-filled. As a result, I had an allergic reaction.

I stayed at Comfort Inn for a concert and had a great experience. The room was clean and comfortable, with excellent air conditioning. The staff was friendly and helpful, arranging a taxi for us. The ground floor access made it convenient to come and go from our car. The complimentary breakfast had a good selection and was constantly restocked. a comfortable and enjoyable stay.

This hotel is a great value for the money. The rooms are clean and comfortable with all the basic amenities, including free Wi-Fi and a fridge/microwave combo. The staff is friendly and accommodating, and the location in a quiet residential area is perfect for leisurely strolls or dog walks.

The room was spotlessly clean, and I had a comfortable bed with a mini fridge and a microwave. The hotel's location was convenient as it was close to a grocery store, perfect for grabbing snacks for my meeting or a concert, just a short Uber ride away. The staff were friendly and helpful as needed, and the free wifi and included breakfast were great bonuses.

The location of the hotel was perfect for our needs, as we had a camp nearby to attend. The room was clean and the beds were comfortable. Having a refrigerator and microwave in the room was convenient for our longer stay. The breakfast selection, although it could get repetitive after a couple of days, provided a good variety of options. The hotel also provided a pass to the nearby wave pool, which was a nice bonus for our kids. I would recommend this hotel for its location and amenities.
