The kids were thrilled with the spacious play area and the exciting pool, while my wife and I enjoyed the relaxing spa services. the convenient location made exploring the nearby attractions a breeze.

My wife says that adding more kid-friendly meal options would enhance the family experience.

The location was spot on, with a nice view of the river and Wolfe Island from my room. Super convenient to get around town on foot, with everything I needed just steps away. the breakfast was a solid start to my day, and having parking right there saved me hassle. 🌟 In the summer, I bet the pool would be a nice bonus for some R&R. Nothing major, but the vibe of the lobby felt a tad dated.

We hit up the downtown scene and waterfront - super vibey! Close to dope shops and eats. Front desk peeps were chill. We tried to hit the pool, but found out about city spots for hangin' with mates.

Wish there was a sick rooftop hangout spot with music and games to vibe even more with the crew.

Attended a show nearby, so enjoyed the perfect location for walking to restaurants and the theater. Room was cozy and clean, with a lovely view of Lake Ontario. Friendly and welcoming staff, especially the curly-haired woman at check-in who made the process easy and enjoyable. Convenient underground parking and delightful breakfast-to-go concept. Close proximity to attractions, making exploring the area a breeze. Overall, a 100 out of ten stay that exceeded expectations!

Great location, close to the pier for boat tours and walking distance to many attractions and the market. the bed was comfortable, and the room had a nice view. Having a mini fridge and microwave in the room provided extra convenience for food and drinks during the stay.

Check-in process was confusing with room readiness delays and occupancy mix-ups. the room had occasional cigarette smoke odors despite being a non-smoking hotel.
