I recently stayed at Pacific Shores Resort & Spa for a quick getaway and it was a fantastic experience. The resort's location right on the water with a ramp leading into the bay was perfect for us, as we arrived and left by kayak. The room was excellent, and the staff went above and beyond to arrange secure storage for our kayak. We enjoyed a delicious dinner at the on-site restaurant and were impressed by the friendly service. Although we didn't have much time to explore, we heard from other guests that there are plenty of amenities and activities available. We can't wait to return and try them out!

We had an amazing time at a nature resort in Nanoose Bay. the swimming pool and hot tub on the grounds were excellent, with great water jets. We loved that the resort was close to Parksville and its beautiful beach. the playground there was fantastic, and we enjoyed visiting Coombs and seeing the goats on the roof. the beach at the resort may not have been sandy, but it was fascinating with all the sea life. We also had a great time kayaking and paddleboarding.

One downside was that the kitchen appliances in the rooms were inconsistent and in need of replacement. It was inconvenient that different rooms had different stock, with some missing essentials like full-size coffee pots and casserole dishes.

our oceanfront, pet-friendly room was perfect for our small family with a toddler. The resort had all the amenities we needed and more, including a pool, basketball court, and paddle boards. The staff was friendly and helpful, and the beaches were great for swimming and exploring. Can't wait to return next year!

For the price we paid, we got excellent value. The room was spacious with a fireplace, balcony, and Jacuzzi. The location right on the beach was perfect, and the staff treated us like family.

I had a fantastic time at this hotel. The location was absolutely stunning, situated on the estuary where it opens out into Craig Bay. The view of the ocean and the bay was breathtaking. The staff at the reception desk were very helpful and did their best to assist me during my stay. The room was spacious and had all the amenities I needed, including a flat-screen TV and a comfortable bed. The hotel also had a variety of facilities, such as a spa & wellness center, an indoor swimming pool, and a jacuzzi. It was truly a luxurious and relaxing experience.

I would highly recommend this hotel to families. They will definitely enjoy their stay here.

During my recent stay at Pacific Shores Resort & Spa, I had a wonderful time. The accommodations were comfortable and cozy, making me feel right at home. The beautiful scenery surrounding the resort added to the peaceful and relaxing atmosphere. The resort also had a nice quiet location, perfect for a tranquil getaway. Additionally, the little kitchen in my accommodation had everything I needed, making it convenient for preparing meals.

The swimming pool is a good size and warm. Outside kiddie pool nice and warm. Rocks around outdoor hot tub. Good service, security helped with TV. Spacious and clean room. Expansive gardens and beach walkway. Unforgettable views over the bay. Free paddleboards. Upgraded room was nice but expensive. Clean and well-equipped kitchen.

The staff was extremely helpful and friendly, always ready to respond to any request I had. The room was fully equipped with everything I needed, from kitchen utensils to washing machines - everything was perfect for a comfortable and relaxing stay. The leisure spa and wellness centre was the cherry on top of my stay. The swimming pool, sauna and jacuzzi helped me relax in a comfortable environment while still being able to enjoy my favourite activities.

The location of the resort was great, with beautiful views of the bay. the hot tub outside was a wonderful addition, especially during the Christmas season. the staff was friendly and accommodating, making sure our needs were met.

The room we stayed in was very dark, which made it difficult to see and do certain activities. the cleanliness of the room could have been better, as we found that some items were not properly cleaned or replaced.
