The mattress was comfortable, bedding clean, and room service provided towels and free Wi-Fi. The bed had luxurious fabrics and ample lighting with enough plug-ins. The service was friendly, prompt, and knowledgeable, offering a room with a view. Beds were spacious with friendly check-in staff. Location was convenient for exploring downtown.

This hotel is located in a great area with lots of options for dining and shopping, and it's close to Kensington market. The rooms are well-furnished, with a separate bedroom and a sink separate from the toilet, and the staff is very helpful. I liked that breakfast was included in my corporate rate and they had options for vegetarians.

We had a fantastic stay in this hotel right in the center of the city. It was clean and had great facilities. The location was perfect, with easy access to all the major attractions in downtown. The hotel staff were friendly and helpful, accommodating our early check-in and extending our stay. The breakfast was delicious and there were plenty of options to choose from.

All we needed was a clean, quiet and comfortable room for a night before a very busy work day. I had a great sleep, the desk was big enough to spread my papers and prep for work and the staff were responsive: we had forgotten our camera bag in the room after check out and they found/returned it to us immediately. Phew.

We had a great stay at Courtyard! The location is fantastic, with plenty of shops and restaurants within a short walk. The lobby, with its Starbucks, was a convenient place to relax. We appreciated the valet parking service and the helpful valet attendant who even noticed an issue with our tires. The room had a balcony, adding an extra touch. we had a beautiful experience and would definitely stay here again.

The hotel is conveniently located close to everything and a subway station at College. The room is comfortable with many pillows on the bed, and the staff is very helpful and polite. There are various facilities for guests, including a coffee maker and a complimentary chocolate to welcome late check-ins. Some rooms offer a view of the backyard.

I recently had a great stay at a hotel in downtown Toronto. The value for money was excellent, especially considering the prices in the area. I was pleasantly surprised by the attention to detail in the recently updated rooms. Everything was quite clean and comfortable, and I particularly liked the separate sink in the room. The location of this hotel was also fantastic, as it was within walking distance of downtown and in a great area of the city.
