Our stay at the Zane Grey was incredible! From the moment we arrived, the staff was friendly and accommodating. The shuttle drivers were amazing, always willing to take us downtown and pick us up whenever we needed. The ocean view from our room was absolutely stunning, and we loved relaxing by the pool. The hotel itself is beautifully updated, and the rooftop deck provided breathtaking views for our evening cocktails. We can't wait to go back!

The shuttle service was a great convenience and made getting around easy. the room had a fantastic view, which was a major highlight of our stay. the staff was friendly and helpful, especially Carol, who provided excellent service with the golf cart transportation.

The breakfast options were limited and became repetitive after a few days. the room cleaning service did not meet our expectations.

Our family recently stayed at Zane Grey Pueblo for a few nights. We had a spacious King room overlooking the beautiful scenery of Avalon. The room was well-decorated with custom features and even provided an air mattress for our extra bed. The hotel's shuttle service to and from the Catalina Express was a great convenience. We enjoyed hiking to and from Avalon, getting some exercise while taking in the perfect weather. The breakfast offered a great variety of options and the staff was friendly and knowledgeable about the area. We also saved money on a Catalina Adventures tour through Groupon.

Perfect temperature pool. Lemon water and juice provided in the morning.

The hotel's location down a canyon offers peaceful ocean views and a close proximity to the beach where most of the hotels are located. The staff went above and beyond to ensure a spectacular stay, even greeting us with a sign and a ride from the ferry. The rooms were beautiful and clean, and the hotel facilities provided modern conveniences and fancy amenities. The shuttle service to and from town was convenient, and we also enjoyed walking to town, which offered great views and a good workout.

I recently stayed at the Zane Grey Pueblo hotel for our 32nd anniversary. The location was perfect, not too far from town, and they offered complimentary pickup and drop off from the ferry. The staff was friendly and provided great recommendations for things to do on the island. Our room was beautiful and clean with stunning views from both the room and the pool. The bed was fabulous and we appreciated the extra space with the pullout couch. The continental breakfast had a nice assortment of foods and good coffee. we had a comfortable and enjoyable stay and would love to come back again.

The breakfast was basic but sufficient. Great and beautiful establishment. Peaceful ocean view room! Loved it! Fire pits were awesome too. Complimentary golf cart shuttle to town. Staff was so nice and willing to drive us around the island and provide information.

The breakfast was delicious, and the view from our room in the new tower was gorgeous. The room was clean and nicely decorated, with new construction and finishes throughout. The staff was great, and Don was especially helpful with transportation. Despite a small issue with the noise in the morning, we enjoyed the peace and quiet overall. Can't recommend highly enough!

I loved the Zane Grey Pueblo Hotel! The location was fantastic, up in the hills with great views of the city. It was also super close to the beach and right off the Boardwalk. The hotel itself was modern and clean, with fancy amenities and a lovely outdoor lounge area with fire pits. The staff was friendly and helpful, and they offered pick up and drop off service to and from the port. The breakfast provided had a great variety, and there were even local restaurants that would deliver if you didn't want to leave the hotel. this hotel had everything I needed for a fantastic stay.

There was nothing I didn't like.

The rooms were beautifully decorated, spacious, and had plenty of natural sunlight. The beds were extremely comfortable and could accommodate our family with baby gear. The included breakfast was delicious and offered a variety of options. The golf cart shuttle to town was quick and convenient, especially with our infant. The staff was friendly and knowledgeable about the area.

Guests can easily access the port, making it convenient for those arriving by ferry. The hotel boasts modern conveniences and fancy amenities, including a pool and veranda with breathtaking views. The rooms are comfortable and some even offer ocean views, such as the "Wanderer" Room. the hotel offers a shuttle service to the town, making it easy to explore the area.

One downside is that the bathrooms are quite small, which may be inconvenient for some guests.
