The room was perfectly in order with extra soft beds. Bath and pool towels were well-stocked. The restaurant offered amazing platters. Good rooms, food, staff, and city.

the shower in our room caused the bathroom to flood, which was very inconvenient and unpleasant. the electrical outlets in the room were mostly broken, making it difficult to charge our devices.

Thankfully, the staff at Courtyard Montreal Downtown came to the rescue and found me a room. The front desk employee was incredibly kind and quickly got me settled in. The room was clean and comfortable, with a spacious bathroom. I'm so grateful to the staff for helping me out last minute. I highly recommend this hotel.

We loved being on "the 5th Avenue" of this city, with shops and restaurants just steps away. The cleanliness of the hotel was impressive, and the staff went above and beyond to ensure we had a comfortable stay. The hotel facilities were top-notch, with a swimming pool and rooftop sunbathing area that we enjoyed. The breakfast at the Starbucks coffee bar was delicious and convenient. we were highly impressed with the hotel and its amenities.
