Despite being in a slightly industrial area, Sandman Hotel exceeded our expectations. The room was comfortable, and the included continental breakfast was surprisingly good. We were impressed. The location is convenient with shops nearby. The staff was friendly.

I recently stayed at Sandman in Squamish for a few nights during a trip to explore the area. The hotel was easy to find and conveniently located close to downtown and Whistler. The rooms and main areas were well maintained, and the staff were friendly and helpful. The complimentary breakfast was plentiful and well stocked, and the beds were incredibly comfortable. The hotel had a nice slide in the pool, which was a fun bonus.

That the pool was closed for maintenance during my stay.

The complimentary muffins and pancakes were okay, and the pool area was nice. the view of the surrounding mountains from the hotel was enjoyable as well. the hotel's location near the downtown area and easy to find were helpful for exploring the town.

The lighting was too dim in the room which made reading uncomfortable. having to pay the full price for a room that was only used for five hours felt unreasonable.
