I stayed with my family to explore the local attractions, and we were pleasantly surprised by the beautiful views from our room, despite some initial hiccups with the check-in process. We loved that we were so close to places like the Beaverbrook Art Gallery and Christ Church Cathedral, which made our outings effortless. The staff was helpful, and the location was perfect for our sightseeing adventures.

The location was fantastic! friendly staff made my stay a joy. The king room was lovely, and I appreciated the quick, hassle-free check-in process.

I was disappointed with the breakfast service—food was lukewarm and seemed stale. Also, the noisy corridors affected my overall comfort.

The pool area is neglected with dirtiness, and broken hot tub and steam room!!! IT issues during check-in and twice charged for my room were frustrating!!! Housekeeping failed to clean my room in a timely manner!!!

The corner room has great views and plenty of light. The breakfast is overpriced and not good.

But seriously, my remote was more stubborn than my pet cat! And finding a way to fill my ice bucket was like a treasure hunt—hardly what I'd call five-star service.

My room was spacious with great amenities like a hot tub and air conditioning. Loved the cable TV and coffee machine too. The indoor pool was nice and there’s a fitness center. Located so close to the riverfront, perfect for walks. The staff was super sweet and really helpful. Everything was really clean!

The jetted tub in our spacious room was a game changer for our family, giving the boys plenty of room to play and relax.

the hotel is in a super good spot right by the river & close to downtown, so easy to walk to restaurants & shops. the staff were really nice & helpful, made me feel welcome. my room was spacious with fresh linens, and i loved having a nice view of the water! breakfast was pretty good too, plenty of options to choose from. the indoor pool was a nice addition for relaxing after a busy day!

The room was pretty clean and had all the essentials, which was great. However, it was a bit noisy. I could hear the neighbors talking clearly. Also, the decor felt dated, and I wished it had a fresher vibe. The views from the corner room were nice, but I expected a bit more from what I thought would be a nicer hotel. Definitely not the best room experience I've had.
