The hotel was impeccably clean, and the room layout was ideal for my family of three, offering privacy with a divider. the staff were incredibly kind, friendly, and helpful, readily providing extra bedding and towels upon request. the convenient location just outside of downtown made it easy to access a variety of restaurants and attractions nearby.

The room at Home2 Suites by Hilton Indianapolis Northwest was so comfy and had everything I needed. The full kitchen was a game-changer for me, and the free WiFi was a bonus. I felt right at home!

I found the air conditioning a bit noisy at times, but it didn't bother me much.

We had a great stay here! The location was perfect, as everything we needed was close by. The room was spacious and had all the amenities we required, such as a kitchenette, ironing facilities, and even a sitting area with garden furniture. The staff were helpful and friendly, always ready to assist with any requests. We especially enjoyed using the leisure facilities like the indoor swimming pool and BBQ area. The free Wi-Fi in public areas definitely came in handy, and we appreciated the on-site car park for easy access.

Clean and comfortable room with excellent amenities. I loved the modern shower and the darkening shades for a peaceful sleep. The location was convenient for exploring the city. I highly recommend staying at Hilton for a happy vacation.

The location was great and close to everything I needed to be. The room was spacious and had a nice kitchenette with a fridge, sink, and dishwasher. The bed was comfortable, and the bathroom was clean and functional.

The front desk staff was stingy with towels and slow to respond to requests. The grab-and-go breakfast was limited to just a muffin and fruit, and the pool was closed for maintenance during my stay.

The breakfast was nice and it was always busy, but my grandchildren enjoyed it. the hotel was in a good location close to everything we needed. We enjoyed using the BBQ grills and the pool was great for the whole family.

We had a miscommunication with housekeeping and didn't receive towels when we needed them. there was loud music on the parking lot in front of our room one night which disturbed our sleep.

The hotel is conveniently located next to a night club. Immaculate cleanliness. Excellent customer service by the staff. Welcoming and comfortable atmosphere.

As a traveler, I really enjoyed my recent stay at this hotel. The room was spacious and had plenty of outlets and USB ports for charging. The accommodations were clean and new, with a large bathroom and well-lit shower. The staff, especially the desk clerk, were incredibly helpful and solved all of our problems with a caring attitude. The breakfast offerings were decent, with a variety of options including fruits, microwaveable omelets, yogurt, and toast. The hotel also provided real dishes, which was a nice touch. I was impressed with the amenities and the level of comfort provided during my stay.
