The neighborhood where the hotel is located was sketchy, with the presence of a young woman who appeared to be a prostitute. This made me uncomfortable as a guest.

The bathroom was amazing, with both a giant tub and a large shower. We appreciated the separate adjustable cooling/heating units for each room, as it allowed us to customize our preferred temperature and they ran quietly. The breakfast buffet offered a wide variety of choices, ensuring there was something for everyone. The parking was easily accessible and convenient, making our stay even more enjoyable. The hotel was well maintained and quiet, providing enhanced comfort and tranquility. We would definitely stay here again without hesitation.

the plaza hotel and conference center in hamilton was an awesome experience. the staff went above and beyond to make our stay comfortable. the location was perfect, close to restaurants, shopping, and the theater.

We loved the clean and well-appointed rooms, with a nice decor. The hotel facilities were great, including the separate cooling/heating units for each room. Parking was easily accessible and convenient. The location was close to the centre of downtown, making it convenient for restaurants and walking around.

The hotel was very close to the concert venue we were attending, making it convenient for us to walk back to our room after the show. Additionally, the location was close to everything cool in the city, allowing us to explore easily during our stay. We also appreciated the fact that the hotel was near a mall, which meant my friend could do some shopping in her free time.

The staff at the parking gate were not very friendly or professional, making the initial arrival a bit unpleasant.

The location was great, just a short walk from the city center and close to public transportation. The bed was comfortable and the room was clean, with fresh linens provided daily. The fitness room was well-equipped and provided a great way to get some exercise during our stay.

I had the most incredible wedding experience at a hotel in the city center. The location was perfect for all of our guests, with convenient and secure parking. The hotel staff went above and beyond to bring our dream vision to life. Every detail, from the decorations to the table positions, was executed to perfection. The hardworking kitchen staff, led by a top chef, prepared the most delicious food for our cocktail hour, dinner, drinks, and cakes. The service throughout the day and night was impeccable, and our room for the night was beautifully set up. The team of managers truly delivered on their promises. I am so grateful to all the employees who made our special day unforgettable.

We also enjoyed the entertainment options, such as the flat-screen TV and the breakfast provided. This place truly exceeded our expectations!

The hotel's location was convenient, within walking distance to entertainment venues. The interior design was beautiful, and we enjoyed the pool and spa facilities.
