I had a very comfortable stay at the Delta hotel. The room I stayed in was spacious and clean, with a king-sized bed that provided a great night's sleep. The front desk staff were helpful and accommodating, ensuring that my room was conveniently located near the elevator. Valet parking was a convenient and hassle-free option. Additionally, the hotel's location near the Grand Villa Casino was a bonus. The breakfast served at the hotel was excellent, and I also enjoyed the option of room service. my 2-night stay was reasonably priced and thoroughly enjoyable. I would definitely choose to stay at this hotel again.

One drawback was the initial mix-up with the room type that I had booked. Despite my repeated requests for a king bed, I was given a room with two queen beds.

The value for the money was great - comfortable beds, clean room, and convenient free underground parking. The location was perfect for us, just across the street from BCIT. The staff at the Delta Hotel were friendly and accommodating, going above and beyond to meet my specific medical needs and even providing a wake-up call and late check-out option.

Hotel breakfast could have been improved with more variety or options.

Exceptional service and convenient location near highways. Spacious and clean rooms. Enjoyed the Starbucks kiosk in the lobby. The attached casino provided hours of fun. Free parking was a bonus. I highly recommend this hotel.
