The hotel grounds were well-maintained. The restaurant served delicious meals. Check-in staff were friendly and helpful. The location was convenient, near downtown attractions. The staff promptly assisted with a splinter in my daughter's finger and even provided treats.

The service at the restaurant was lacking, and it took a long time for the staff to take our order. the manager was also rude.

The extra cost for the great views was definitely worth it. The included breakfast was excellent, and we were impressed with the efficient pool reservations system. The breakfast options are delicious and fresh, offering a great start to the day. Additionally, the hotel has a special "lounge" area where guests can unwind and enjoy the beautiful surroundings.

Some aspects of cleanliness in the hotel, such as the presence of used latex gloves in the hallway and the lack of proper cleaning in the rooms, can be disappointing.

Had an amazing Christmas vacation! the holidays were well celebrated and the complementary gingerbread cookies and hot chocolate by the fire were a great touch. the location was perfect, being near great restaurants, shops, and the waterfront. the room was comfortable and cozy, with a lovely view of the city lights at night.

The layout of the room was well-planned, making the most of the smaller space. Despite the noisy A/C unit, I still had a comfortable night's sleep. The location was also great, with beautiful views of the waterfront and walking distance to various restaurants. I highly recommend this hotel for a pleasant stay.

This hotel is a luxurious venue with exclusive amenities that exceeded my expectations. the friendly staff provided excellent service at the indoor swimming pool, sauna, and spa lounge. the outdoor swimming pool also has sun loungers and a shallow end for relaxation. the bar/lounge area offers special diet menus, and there is a poolside snack bar. the location advantages are excellent, with fantastic views of the lake and marina. the private facilities were exceptional, and the room advantages were exclusive. the in-room breakfast was delicious, and the seasonal outdoor pool and Jacuzzi were fantastic.

There was one minor issue with the restaurant that needs improvement. Some of the menu items were not up to par, and the food quality was poor.
