Some aspects of cleanliness in the hotel, such as the presence of used latex gloves in the hallway and the lack of proper cleaning in the rooms, can be disappointing.

Had an amazing Christmas vacation! The holidays were well celebrated and the complementary gingerbread cookies and hot chocolate by the fire were a great touch. The location was perfect, being near great restaurants, shops, and the waterfront. The room was comfortable and cozy, with a lovely view of the city lights at night.

The outdoor swimming pool also has sun loungers and a shallow end for relaxation. The bar/lounge area offers special diet menus, and there is a poolside snack bar. The location advantages are excellent, with fantastic views of the lake and marina. The private facilities were exceptional, and the room advantages were exclusive. The in-room breakfast was delicious, and the seasonal outdoor pool and Jacuzzi were fantastic.
