The staff was incredibly kind and helpful, making it the best service I've experienced. The breakfast buffet had a wide variety of healthy options like fruit, cold cuts, and poached eggs. The bed was super comfortable and I loved having dishes and utensils in the room with a microwave. The outdoor swimming pool was large and clean, perfect for my granddaughter. The kitchenette was fully equipped with a microwave, toaster, espresso machine, and mini fridge. The view from the balcony on the 4th floor was lovely. The location is perfect, not too far from Quebec City but surrounded by woods.

Delta exceeded my expectations with its convenient ski-in/ski-out location, just steps away from the slopes. The room layout was comfortable, though the decor could use some updating. I particularly enjoyed the outdoor hot tub and sauna. The staff were friendly, despite some unprofessionalism. The resort also had nice amenities for families, like kids play structures and activities. I had a great time skiing and would recommend this hotel.

I recently stayed at Delta Mont Sainte-Anne for a ski trip and it was wonderful! The location is excellent, being close to Quebec City but still surrounded by peaceful woods. The pools were fantastic, offering a great place to relax after a day on the slopes. The staff were extremely helpful and friendly, and the rooms were very clean and comfortable. The modern design of the rooms was a nice touch, and I especially loved the inviting bathroom. a fantastic stay!

The upgraded contemporary room styling was excellent and the hotel had lots of free parking. One of the best features was being able to ski right to your room from the hill. The activity room was great and there was an excellent outdoor jacuzzi to relax in. The rooms were very clean and the beds were super comfortable. The lobby was very nice with a wood-burning fireplace. The staff were really great and helpful.

The lobby was very inviting with comfortable seating. The rooms were ready by 4pm, and if you arrive early, they allow you to use the swimming pool and parking lot. The location of the hotel was excellent, right by the mountain for skiing and mountain biking. It was so convenient to be right by the gondola for skiing. The staff were really great and helpful.

The location was fantastic, close to everything in this beautiful city. The hotel facilities were top-notch, with a game room, pool, sauna, and outdoor hot tubs. The cleanliness of the hotel was impeccable, and the beds were comfortable. We also appreciated the convenience of having a 3 burner range in our room to make quick meals for the kids.

We had a great time at this hotel. The location was perfect for skiing at Mont Sainte Anne, just a short walk to the gondola. The staff was friendly and helpful, providing excellent room service and car hire options. The rooms were clean and comfortable, with all the amenities we needed including ironing facilities, heating, and air conditioning. We also enjoyed the terrace and dining table in our room, as well as the soundproofed rooms for a peaceful stay.
