I had a fantastic stay at this hotel. The staff, especially Michelle and Simone, were super helpful and friendly. The facility was clean and comfortable, and the rooms with a lake view had a breathtaking scenery. The location of the hotel, right next to the train station and a ten-minute ride to downtown, made it very convenient for transportation. Additionally, being close to Lake Zurich allowed for easy access to beautiful walks and views.

Not obvious to find.

We enjoyed our stay at Sedartis Swiss Quality Hotel, especially the beautiful lake view from our upgraded room. The style of the hotel and the comfort of the bedding and towels were exceptional. The dinner at the restaurant was flawless and we even noticed locals dining there as well. we were impressed by the hospitality of the staff and the excellent service we received.

We did encounter a few drawbacks during our stay. The lack of air conditioning in the room made it quite warm, and opening the balcony door for fresh air resulted in some noise from the nearby railway station and road.

The hotel was conveniently located near the train station and just a short ride away from Zurich. I loved the fact that my room had a beautiful lake view, adding to the overall pleasant ambiance. the breakfast buffet was delicious and offered a wide variety of options to choose from.

The corridors in the hotel could use some fresh paint to brighten up the overall appearance. This small detail didn't affect my stay significantly, but it would have been nice to see a bit more attention to detail in this aspect.

We absolutely loved our stay at this place! The location is superb, just a few steps away from the train station, making it incredibly convenient for exploring the nearby cities and attractions. Plus, being right next to the lake added an extra touch of tranquility to our stay. The staff here are exceptional; from the friendly receptionists to the helpful rooftop staff and restaurant workers, everyone went above and beyond to ensure our comfort and satisfaction. We were pleasantly surprised when they prepared a delicious breakfast for us at 4pm on Sunday. The rooms were spotless, and the cleaning staff should be commended for their attention to detail. The restaurant on the top floor was also a highlight, as we enjoyed a scrumptious dinner with a stunning view.

The hotel's location couldn't have been more convenient. It was right across the street from the train station, making it incredibly easy to get around. The room was uncomfortably hot, and we were not able to adjust the temperature of the room. However, the hotel bar offered a paid option for a cup of coffee.

Large spacious room with wonderful views over the lake. Great choice of bedding and pillows. Amazing selection at breakfast. Very convenient for the station and 10min ride into Zurich or ferry station just down the hill where you could catch a ferry to Zurich. Helpful, pleasant staff and a cheerful atmosphere if you sat downstairs for drinks or coffee. Convenient location next to the train station and center Thalwil shopping promenade. Hospitable and courteous staff. Easy access to Lake Zurich for leisure activities.
