The room was very clean and tidy, which was a pleasant surprise. the staff were courteous and helpful throughout my stay. the hotel's location was excellent, with key attractions such as Parliament, Sparks Street, and Byward Market within walking distance.

I was disappointed to find out that there was an additional fee of $25 per day for parking, which seemed expensive to me. Additionally, as I had a pickup truck, I was unable to park in the underground parking and had to park out front.

The hotel is situated in a prime location with easy access to Parliament Hill and other points of interest. Guests can easily walk to the attractions nearby and the rooms are clean, modern, and comfortable. The bathrooms are spacious and equipped with quality amenities, and the staff provides attentive and helpful service. Visitors can also enjoy a delicious breakfast with a good variety of options available.

Some reviews mention occasional noise from construction or other guests, but this can be expected in such a bustling area.

We had an amazing stay at this hotel. The cleanliness was impeccable, and the hotel facilities were top-notch. The oversized indoor salt water pool with the adjoining glass wall to the outdoor garden and patio was a unique and fantastic feature. The open concept design of the mezzanine floor, with living room settings, office settings, and dining tables, created a welcoming and versatile space. The staff were plentiful and helpful, making our experience even more enjoyable. The hotel's location was perfect, as it was close to all the places we wanted to visit. We could easily walk to museums and the parliament. The complimentary appetizers and breakfast were a great addition, and the breakfast buffet had a variety of delicious options. it was an enjoyable experience.

celebrated our anniversary in ottawa and delta hotels made it unforgettable. exceptional service from the door persons, especially javier, camille, and alex. the large, clean room with comfy queen beds and the delicious breakfast buffet added to our enjoyment. highly recommended!

The buffet breakfast had amazing options for everyone - healthy choices, eggs, fruits, yogurt, and bakery products. The property was clean, rooms were nice, and the staff was friendly. The location was great for exploring downtown.

Stayed at Delta for 2 nights for the Ottawa half marathon. Perfect location for downtown activities. Friendly and helpful staff. Good breakfast. Excellent hors d'ouevres at 5:30. Quick elevator service. Great spot!

During my recent stay at Delta, I received a very thoughtful personalized thank you card from the front desk, along with complimentary breakfast vouchers. The front desk even called to make sure everything was okay with my room. These little touches made me feel valued and appreciated as a guest. I highly recommend this hotel.

I had a wonderful stay at Delta. The check-in process was seamless and convenient, thanks to their Marriott app. The staff were kind and professional throughout my stay. The room on the 23rd floor was spacious, clean, and had an amazing view of Ottawa. The bed was comfortable and the air conditioning worked perfectly. The location was ideal, right in the center of downtown Ottawa and within walking distance to many attractions. I highly recommend this hotel for a great stay in Ottawa!

I stayed at this place and it was amazing! The location was perfect, right next to the subway station and in the downtown district. The staff were super friendly and provided top-notch service. My room had everything I needed and more: ironing facilities, tea and coffee, and a comfy sitting area with a dining table. The dining restaurant and bar/lounge area were impressive, and the hotel even had a fitness centre and indoor swimming pool!
